Best Life-ing ("we", "us") runs this website, quantumpeakreset.com, for The Quantum Peak Reset, a free live event hosted by Julia Brodska. This policy explains what we collect when you visit or register, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Registration details you give us: first name, last name, email address, and mobile phone number.
- How you found us: campaign parameters in the link you clicked (such as which ad or email it came from), the page you landed on, and the site that referred you.
- Your consent record: the consent statement shown under the form, the time you registered, and your IP address.
- Site usage: through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and the Meta Pixel we collect device and browser information, pages viewed, approximate location, and a record that a registration was completed. These tools use cookies and similar identifiers.
How we use it
- To save your seat, email you the confirmation and the link to the live stream, and remind you before each session by email and text message.
- To tell you about Best Life-ing events, programs, and offers by email and text. You can opt out at any time (see "Your choices").
- To understand which ads and campaigns bring people to the event, measure our advertising, and improve the site.
- To keep a record of your consent and to run, secure, and troubleshoot the site.
Text messages
By giving us your mobile number and registering, you agree to receive text messages from Best Life-ing about the event and our programs. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of attending; the event is free.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with providers that work on our behalf: our customer relationship system (Salesmate), which stores your contact details and registration history; our email and text-messaging providers; the company that hosts this site; and Google and Meta, which process the analytics and advertising data described above under their own privacy policies. We may also share information when the law requires it or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and advertising
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager help us see how the site is used. The Meta Pixel lets us measure the results of our Facebook and Instagram ads and show you relevant ads there. You can limit this through your browser's cookie settings, Google's Ads Settings, and the ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account.
How long we keep it
We keep registration details for as long as we run The Quantum Peak Reset and stay in touch with you about Best Life-ing, and consent records for as long as the law requires. Ask us and we will delete your information unless we need to keep it for a legal reason.
Your choices

- Texts: reply STOP.
- Access, correct, or delete your information: contact us using the details below. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to know what we hold about you and to ask us not to sell or share it. We honor those requests and will not treat you differently for making one.
Children
The event and this site are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has registered, contact us and we will remove it.
Security and where your data is processed
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Our providers process data in the United States.
Changes to this policy
When we update this policy we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
